Hi, i have got a geforce 6200 128mb agp8x graphics card i have seen on the internet that you can unlock four extra pipes using rivatuner i have followed the guide and in the nvstrap driver its says enable bit 00 but mine is already enabled does this mean i cannot unlock the extra pipes or am i going wrong somwhere plz help as i havent got a clue!! THANKS

found out that the newer 6200's cant use this mod. early 6200's used the NV43 core (which is the 6600 core) so it was just a matter of unlocking with rivatuner. new 6200's use the NV44 core which has no extra pipes to unlock. so you can look in the card properties and see what core you are running.

how do i find out which core i have i have looked in the card properties and device manager and cannot find which core i have.
I just had a quick look in riva tuner and in the target adapter it says NV4A(A1,4x1,3vp)with 128MB DDR is this it not to sure.

in your card properties select additional information, it should be right beside the product.

hi ive looked and it doesnt say anything thing about the core. in the menu it has screen adjustment,display mode timing,performance and quality settings ect... nothing about the core.

have you got coolbits 2.0 downloaded and installed? it unlocks the other tabs that are hidden.

hi downloaded coolbits as you said to and it says under additonal info nv44 board p362h0 i assume this is the information i needed to find out so i guess i cannot unlock the extra pipes thanks for taking the time to help me.
