PSP, wont convert some WMV. I think i know why..?..

So i was trying to convert some wmv for my psp.
I downloaded several different files from the same scource.
I was able to convert 1/4 the video i tryed. 11 files in all although I have not tryed the others. ill do it later.

I think the problem is the WMV properties. The one I was able to convert seem to have its properties right. and the others are just "way off".

they all should have been the same at 320x240.
the bit rate is 292, but according to window media player its 692..?..
and frame rate should be 20.
but for some reason the other are wrong.

Is there a way I can fix it properties? maybe it can be converted...at lease worth a try.
