Nerovision Express 3 burns fine, but DVD-RW's have stopped playing!

Hello. I've been using Nerovision Express for over a year now to burn tv shows to DVD. This has been fine until recently - now the burn process works with no problems, but the DVD-RW's I use skip and jump constantly, or don't work at all in my Sony DVD player.
Thing is, they used to work fine.

Could this be something to do with NVE3? Or have my DVD-RW's all worn out (seems odd they'd all wear out at the same time - especially as some are older than others!)

I'm using Philips and Sony DVD-RW's.
