hi all i hope you can help me ive just got nerovision express 3 and i dont no how to put downloaded movies of my pc onto disc, can sum1 please give me simple step by step instructions.this is the gear im using

Unless I am wrong, your first problem is that you have a DVD-ROM (and CD player/writer). This can play DVD's, not record to them. It can only record to CD's based on what you noted.
