How to make a dvd autorun when put in dvd player?

I have ripped, encoded and authored a film from a dvd and it plays ok in the dvd player but the only problem is you have to press play to start it. Is there any way of making it start on its own when it is put in the player?
I know this is only a minor thing but it would be nice if i could do it!!

Mine all autostart and I do nothing special to achieve this.
Maybe it's your player?
