hi can anyone please help !!
i have recently started having problems when i convert an avi film to dvd then burn it using dvd santa.everything is fine apart from at the bottom of the screen there is thick green line which covers up about one eighth of the screen i have had no problems until very recently thanx

You may try:

1) completely uninstall and reinstall dvd santa

2) use another method (e.g. DivXtoDVD + Nero) to convert and burn an AVI and compare the results.
