Ive tried a million times to add the psp personalize and other emulators to my psop and they show up but every time i try to start them it says the game could not be started (800200130)
and ive tried everything can someone please tell me what to do im sooo lost !

the most obvious question: do you have firmware 1.5 or a higher one? anything higher than 1.5 and you won't be able to use any homebrew stuff right now.

uhm, try using kxploit to put the Eboot files on your psp.
