I have bell express vue right now. I have their PVR box that lets me do the time shifting and all that wonderfull stuff. I also have windows media center 05. I am wondering if there are capture cards that can take a coax cable connection from the satallite and actually decode it to watch on the PC?

Is there a way for it to know what channels I am paying for so that I can get them all? Or would it just give me the free to air brodcasts? Note that I do NOT want to hook my current receiver to the PC. I want to leave that hooked to the home theater TV in the basement, and have a second PC powered satalite receiver upstairs.

Any links to good cards or stories about your experiences would be helpfull. I am new to satalite so I need to know what the options are.
