Unable to create disc structure error

Howdy All,
I just got a new Ben Q dvd burner with light scribe. I keep getting the unable to create dic structure error whenever I Try to burn vido files. If I back p my dvds with nero it works fine. but if I try to "make my own DVD" with vision express 3 I get the error. I have Tried it with different types of media, dvd-r,dvd+r and dvd-rw. The + and -r seems to go all the way through the burn proces and fails as it tries to close the disc. The dvd-rw fails about 5% into the process. It also seems like the amout of time it takes to buffer the disc is alot longer than on my other drive. I have a couple of error log files but I'm not sure how to post them.any help would be greatly appreciated.
