Whenever i try to install Windows XP Pro SP2 on my new comp, i get a STOP 7B error after the windows setup things finishes loading everything. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

The parts i have are:
Hard Drive:Seagate Barracuda 7200.7 ST3200822A 200GB
Motherboard: MSI 925XE Neo Platinum-54G Socket T
Ram: 1 gig dual corsair ddr2 533
Video Card: Visiontek ATI Radeon X700
DVD burner: Emprex DVDRW 1016IM
DVD-Rom: BTC 16X DVD-ROM Drive
Processor: intel Pentium 4 640
