Azureus - Slow Speeds/NAT Errors

I'm on a 1.5mbps connection with a Netcomm NB1300+4 router on Linux

I have tryed quite a few things, I have spent atleast 2 weeks trying all different things so i decided it's time to come and ask after looking everywhere and nothing seems to work.

I am getting 20kbps max on any torrent, Usually slower (I randomly got torrents that had heaps of seeds and hardly any downloaders just to test)

Here is my routers port fowarding settings:

Public Port - Start
6881
Public Port - End
6889
Private Port
6890
Port Type
TCP
IP Address
192.168.1.255

Then the same for UDP, Save settings and reboot router. fire up Azureus and still same speeds and NAT errors when going to Tools/NAT Firewall test.

Any help would be really appreciated.
