might want to get more ram & a videocard with more ram. also get a regular dvd rom drive to play the games from instead of using dvd burner to reduce the wear & tear on the burner but other that seems to be alright.

Yeah that should be ok but you will not be able to have them running as dual channel you would need either 2 or 4 matching sets, if your not a hardcore gamer then stick with the 6600gt but maybe get a 256mb version, the 6800gt would be the better pick if you want it to last longer without having to upgrade.

If your in the UK you looking at about £200 for a 6800gt and in the US around $269.00, 4 slots = 4gb :-)

One is a normal 6800 and the other is a 6800gt, a lot of people say the 6600gt is just as good if not better than a normal 6800. The price seems rather high and unless you have that kinda cash then a 6600gt would be the easiest and cheapest way, the 6600gt is a cracking wee card that will play Bf2 and the likes of doom 3 great so you should be ok with it for a while to come. Sorry if i confused you i never realized just how much the 6800gt cost.

what parts do you have now because when i order a system without windows it is already built. if you click on the systems tab you'll see what they sell as units.
