i was burning at 4x with NERO EXPRESS and now it is only burning at 2x for dvd burning. any ideas how to get it back to 4x? wont even give me the option to swap anymore.

can you produce a Nero log for us to view please

Nero logs are located here: C:\Program Files\Ahead\Nero
Look for a file named "NeroHistory.log"
Open that file up and copy it (The last log in that file is the most recent)
Then paste it here.

make sure you remove the serial number which is located at the top of the log.It starts with 1A2...........
