NeroVisionExpress WONT keep Subtitle

Any help out there. I have a Chinese DVD movie which has English subtitle. After I ripped it into the HD and used Nero VisionExpress 3 to burn it, I no longer had the option to choose English subtitle. It is all Chinese. I tried to turn the Subtitle on but it wont work. Any idea what happened and how to fix it?
