is this possible my nearest neibor <my aunt> live like near a mile away and i was wondering if she was to get the dsl that i cant get could i get a router that would reach my house the dsl availbilty stoped about a mile away >.< is this possible? and would it run games like xbox live?

No, 100 meters is the maximum distance for ethernet which would be the LAN side of the router. I doubt if you could get a wireless signal that far either, even if the topology is completely flat and no trees between your houses.
