wipeout gamma problem

Heyas. I got a 1.5 jap psp. I downloaded all 3 gamma packs and the classic pack from the official wipeout pure site. Everything according to the site went ok. I checked the mem stick too, everything's ok there... when I run Wipeout it's exactly the same as before. No new skins - no nothing. Can anyone help?

i formatted the mem stick and downloaded again the packs but nothings happening
