I am not sure whether this is the right forum to post this question, but I couldn't think of a better place...
I had purchased an LG GSA-4163B DVD writer about 4 months ago. I installed the Nero 6 bundled software that came with it. Using Nero Express, I burned a variety of media including DVD+R, DVD-R and DVD-RW without any problems. Since the last 3 months, I only used the writer to burn CDs. I recently installed Nero 6.6.0.1 (full version), and when I tried to burn a data DVD, I got the error : Could not perform end of Disc-at-once. I tried burning different media, including good quality MoserBaer and Imation DVD-Rs, but I still kept getting the error, and the DVDs became useless. I also tried simulating before burning - the simulation was successful, but the write gave the same error. The funny part is that the writer still burns CDs without any problem.
Thinking that there might be a problem with Nero 6.6.0.1 that I installed, I rolled back the system using Norton Ghost to 4 months ago. Even then, Nero Express (the old one) failed to burn any DVDs. Can this be a problem with the writer or am I missing something here?
PLEASE HELP 'cos the problem is bugging the hell out of me!
