i had a problem a month ago with bit torando i could only down load very slow but not upload so i down loaded BitTornado-0.3.12 and it started working again me speed was back to what it was and then last night it all started again i tried down loading BitTornado-0.3.12 again but did no good can some one please help me im lost for ideas
