hi,
i just bought my psp today from my local game store in the uk.when i openend the paclage i was given an disc and a little note telling me to install the demo discs before playing any of the games(it also said that the disc upadtes the psp to version 2.0). well i didnt install it...and well i was surprised to see it on version 1.52. now im new to all this hombrew stuff. so what is homebrew first of all??? and will it work on this version 1.52? i would be grateful if you cud provde me with sme information...thanx

Homebrew is basically everything that as to do with hacking and so on.

Unfortunately I upgraded my psp to version 2.00 recently and I must say that im kind of disapointed. Now that I have version 2.00 on, I cant do any hacking on my psp just yet.

So before you decide to upgrade to version 2.00 make sure that you really want 2 upgrade cuz at the moment ther aren't any hacks for version 2.00

you cannto put homebrew on a 1.52 but there is a program you can download to daowngrade it and a program to trick your psp into thinking you have a higer firmware to play the new games

What Program do you use to download, cause as far as I know, it isn't out yet (was to be Sept 1/05, but haven't heard anything about it being out or tested...

There is no 'Das Wonder Hack' for PSP's with 1.52 (or latter!) PRIODE I suspect the Poeple behind it were scamers. I only now wish I had a transcript of what I saw in there IRC Channel yesterday. =(

Anyone who enterd the room and made the smallest peep in there was subjected to Flames from no one less the Yoshihiro himself and his underling fanboyz. It's Sept the 2end folks and there still is no Hack and there IRC Server is not running anymore either!

Believe me this Sh*t is to good to make up!

will there be a Hack someday? Sure there will, but it won't be from them. And it'll probably be for Firmware 2.0 aswell...
