Im gettin really slow downloads at the moment, averaging about 3 or 4 kb/s and hitting 16 kb/s tops, I'm on a 1mb cable connection.

Im getting the nat error aswell as:

UPnp: Mapping 'incoming peer data port' failed

UPnP: Mapping 'UDP tracker client port' failed

My setup is:

Windows XP SP2 (with the firewall enabled as it seems to make no difference)
US Robotics 8000-03 (supports uPnP)

I have forwarded all the ports used for these and I'm using 49155 as the lsitening port. Ive got a static ip setup and I've run the tcp/ip fix to open 50 ports, i've spent about 3 hours fiddling with the config of my router today with no benefits whatsoever and i've followed about 10 guides which haven't helped either :( The only thing I can think of is whether uPnP is diabled by my router but I can't find any settings for it.

If anyone has any suggestions I would be very grateful, as slow speeds are very annoying when ur trying to download a 9gb file lol
