Can anyone tell me all the advantages of v2.0 i have v1.5 and i dnt no wether to upgrade (take into account i already have all my own backgrounds)

The only Advantage I can see will come when $ony starts makeing all Games 2.0 ONLY. Other then that, there's the $ony Web Browser. Whopd-de-do! If you have a PSP 1.5. The best advice at the moment, is to Leave it the F., alone!

Thanks for that. the web browser was the only advantage i could think of aswell i think ill hold on to my 1.5

Put it this way...

What are the Disadvantages of 2.0???

No more Emu's no more Apps (i.e. 3erd Party Browsers), No more Backups! and no more .AVI playback features!

However you can use PSPortal as a Consultaion Prize with PSP 2.0's!! (Yeah right!!) =D

At the moment there are no emulators nor there are no apps or no hacks for version 2.0.

But give it sum time here,

Soon enough hacks emulators and apps will be coming out to version 2.00 Which means that soon I'm sure ever1 will want to upgrade to version 2.00!

Yes but the Word on the Web (FWIW), is that the PSP 1.5x is due up first then the reall work on the 2.0 will begin. So why chance it? I don't need PSP 2.0 yet! I don't have an 802.11x System to xplote to begin with. Besides like I said before. Surfing "teh W3b" is best done on FireFox! 1.0.6. And not on the PSP.
