Hi, I read your article "How to convert AVI files (DivX, XviD etc.) to DVD with Avi2DVD" recently and it was not only quite informative, but so simple to follow. I might add that my AVI file converted and burned beautifully using these instructions and software. The only problem is, the subtitles didn't show up on the DVD. The subtitles were in fact in an .srt format, they showed up in AVI2DVD. I will copy the log file here, as I'm not sure of any of the technical stuff it might say other than "....successfully!" I have "X'd" out the title of the movie.

I did happen to notice it says "One Subtitle Found". I certainly hope that means one .srt file found and not just one subtitle, or sentence!

Anyway, like I said, the movie and sound converted and burned great, and both look and sound really nice on DVD, I just need to know what they're saying! Any help or suggestions is much appreciated.

Thank you,
Victoria

Ok...the movie plays fine on my computer but DVD+R that I burned it on won't play in my DVD player. Says "Please Check Disc". Maybe my DVD player doesn't read DVD+R?
