Hi all. I was hoping someone could help me. I am having the worst time with Torrents. I am on a cable high speed network. Whenever I download any torrent file, after approx 20 mins or so the network freezes completey. I cannot figure out why. I have tried this on multiple machines on the network as well as different network cards. Always the same thing. The network freezes. I have also updated all drivers as well as the firmware on my Router. The necessary ports on the router are open as well. A little background on the network setup. I have a cable modem connected to the outside world. This is connected to the router which is a Linksys WRT54G wireless router with newest firmware. This is plugged into a switch which runs to multiple outlets in the house. I have never had problems like this before setting myself onto this network. Does anyone have any ideas as to what or why this is happnening? Thanks a bunch guys. Cheers.

It might be you are getting to much hits from seeds and peers trying to connect, try limiting your uploading and downloading slots.
