Ugh what happend! Sounds like a trip back to where ever you got it from for a Replacement / Refund! Of couse if you tried to hack it for Homebrews and or Backups, and 'Bricked it', then that's totaly on you!!

However, I'd just try returning it to where ever you got it from. You should have about a Week left (under German Law anyway!), total 14 Days, to either get a Replacement or Refund from the Store you bought it from. I think this appies for most of Europe too. Alltough I'm no Lawyer...

Needless to say, if you managed to 'Brick it' you should just keep it to youself. With some luck you'll be able to get a Repalcement though...
