i want to back up a dvd-9 to two dvd-5's... i like the special features and watch them everytime i watch the movie. does anyone know how to do this with nearly no quality loss (i dont want to use dvd rebuilder unless i absolutly have to for this project)

your not going to get alot of quility loss if you compress it down to fit a DVD5 movie but anyway DVDFab program lets you do that. Burn menu and movie on 1 disc and extras on the other.

If your going to use "heavy" compression (%70 or lower on the DVD Shrink slider bar), make sure you put a checkmark in both boxes "Deep Analysis" and "Compress video with high quality adaptive error compensation" function and put it on "Sharp (default) setting. (Note: It will take longer though but, is worth it for the video quality you will achieve!!)
