Azureus 2.3.0.4: Failed to establish listen port on 6969.

On startup of Azureus i get the ERROR msg:
ERROR:
Failed to establish listen port on 6969.
Check that other applications aren't already using this port.
Also check for another copy of Azureus running.

I don't think I have another copy running.

When I run Nat/Server Port I supposedly get a clean bill of health:
Testing port 6969 ... OK !

Any ideas!

Router?
Internet type?
OS?

It turns out that what I was doing wrong was that I had the same port for both:

Connection->Incoming TCP listen port
and
Tracker-> Server -> tracker on HTTP port

Make those be different and all went well. :o)


It would be nice if the error message had said... hey don't make those ports be the same! or better yet... not to allow setting them to be the same in the first place. Oh well.

The silver lining is that I certainly learned alot about ports in the process of trying to debug the issue. :o)
