ah i get it..so after u used that game id , u jus normally converted from CB to ARmax right.. cos im gonna try out some codes and hopefully it will work..
edit : also how do i convert CB version 7+ codes down to version 1-6..cos maxconvert doesnt convert 7+

ok so ive followed the thread but i need specific help cuz i guess im doing something wrong here. wat i need is the the codes for DDRMAX, and gameshark doesnt have them. i have gameshark 2, not sure wat version but its just the cd nothing special like broadband, but i can use a jump drive so if any1 can make those files, SWEET

i need the (m) c0de, unlock all songs, and if possible the player 1 codes for full meter and always AA, but i dont know if those will work right. so at least the master and the unlock all songs.
i love that game but unlocking is so gay compared to DDRMAX2 so any help is appreciated

Boot up your cd, and give me any (M) code of any game, and I'll be able to tell what version of gameshark you have.
mrcool_g,
to convert cbv7+ to cbv1-6, just convert to raw using CB2crypt. All versions of CB accept raw. It wont work for (M) codes, because cbv1-6 wont accept that type of (M) code. To resolve that conflict, use Codeseek and hack a (M). Simply load the elf file of the game into codeseek.

well nrk..i figured it out..it finally worked..i realized what i was doing wrong...in CB2crypt..i did not check the common codebreaker version 7 box...so thats y i ws getting the error converting to raw..but when i fixed that..it worked jussst fine...thanks for all ur help

ok so any (m) code will do, let me see, ok heres an easy one
it doesnt let me look at the (m) codes for games built in for sum reason, but i have the (m) for guitar hero, which i added via flashdrive

i believe if im not wrong maxconvert can change old gameshark codes to the newer (version 3 and 4) codes. theres is a link to it somewhere in the forum..u can search for it.. Im not positive tho..but i think its possible..

yea I downloaded that program, it only converts to and from GSV3-4 not 6 though which is the newest =\

There is no way to convert to gs2v5.
GS2v5 has a (M) code like this
76XXXXXX XXXXXXXX
XXXXXXXX XXXXXXXX
So emofan, I can't convert to gs2v5 for you.

im open to experimenting. i think u said gameshark will accept raw, unless im mistaken. its also compatible with older versions codes i believe cuz ive tried it b4. so if u want to try id be forever grateful, i know its a lot of work but if u could do both RAW and gs v3-4 il try it and if it doesnt work, at least i tried.

gs2v5 uses a game id code for each code they have (76XXXXXX XXXXXXXX). No one has been able to figure out how to create this code, so it's not possible to convert to gs2v5.

Can CB2crypt convert CB7 codes to GSv2? I have both maxconvert and CB2crypt. Can someone make a guide on how to do that?
I havew this codebreaker code for:
Haunting Ground Invisible while standing:

but its 3 lines. Is that gonna screw anything up?
