Problem Burning with NeroVision Express and DVDSanta

Hi i usually burn downloaded movies with the above with no problem. However sometimes the films seem to miss a frame every second or so, like jumping all through the movie. Is there something simple i should be checking or doing to stop this?

Any Help much appreciated :o)
