why is it i cant get to wab.com is it just our good fortune that wab.com is not availible right now i think that cant be anymore convieniant

Your missing the point (I think), Sadly I do not have my PSP in front of me. I sent it back by post to the Catalog store for dead / Stuck Pixle replacement. But, If you were to try to run the Firmware Updater on a normal 2.0, you'd get a "You're running a higher (Or latter), version of the Firmware" Error. Or indeed just a "Can not run Game" Error. I don't know why they are craping themselves over not commiting the Flash. Perhaps Running this via a PC Emu., causes the PSP to Brick up!

In anycase and I think PSP-DEV & WAB should have explained it better that they're trying to demonstrate that they can actually load the Updater to the point of final commitment! And not the Up/Downgrader itself...
