I have Limewire Pro and I can d/l without having to share...I believe.
I have Shareaza but cannot d/l....is that because I am not sharing?

To Rip or not to Rip...that is the question?

Partly because of that, AND that Shareaza is turtle slow compared to Limewire.

Everyone is entitled to their own true opinion. Either respect that or don't.

Yes, drop the shareaza, slow and it forces you to share something before you can download.

I would only say Shareaza was slow, depending on the file your downloading. The hundreds of mp3's ive got via Shareaza certainly haven't been slow!!
If you check in the settings you DO NOT have to share anything in order to download stuff.

I did check off in the settings.
I did go back and try ....did d/l a couple.
I find the Limewire Pro interface somewhat easier to navigate....and IMO better.
