Help with Ifoedit! Its screwed up....

Trying to use ifoedit to strip the extra audio/subtitles and menus. I have done this a hundred times but somehow ifoedit is not working right. I select the movie ifo and click the VOBextras. I tick strip streams and strip vobIDs. I also tick correct NAV pointers and the 2 items after that. I select the 6ch audio and the correct IDs and then go. It keeps writing to VTS_01_1. Each VOB it processes it writes to VTS_01_1. If i let it go and finish i have the VTS_01_1.vob, VIDEO_TS.ifo/bup and VTS_01_0.ifo/bup. Can anyone tell me the correct items to check in stripping the audio/subtitles?!
