It might be firmware 1.0 but you can't do anything with it...

It's also a bad idea to download and install anything that doesn't seem very trustworthy. I've heard of people putting fake downgraders on unheard of sites that will actually mess up your psp pretty bad. It's best to stick to well known sites for reliable information and download links.
