Well i have Bitlord and Norton Anti Virus. Right now my speeds are around 25 KBS. I know i have my NAV on. How do i adjust my NAV to get my speeds higher?

clcik the nav icon. then click 'personal firewall'. click 'configure' tab and then 'programs' tab. make sure bitlord is on 'permit all' and try dloadin after that.
