i have an old laptop that blew up on me yesterday when i tried to plug it back in so i took it apart and got everything that wasnt broken then i saw the keyboard and it was sooo tuiny and cool and i thought it would be cool to have as my regular desktop pc keyboard. I then took apart another keyboard i had spare to se if i could connect it in someway but the connectors are all different can someone please tell me how to make one work please ill include pics soon ^_^

you are missing the keyboard cpu which is in a regular keyboard but on a laptop is part of the motherboard. also the tracks of the laptop are different to a desktop keyboard.

You could get a keyboard with laptop style keys if you like...
Logitech diNovo: (pricey but looks nice :)

couldnt i desolder the ones from the laptop and reorder them into the normal keyboard ps2 controller?

the ribbon connector(s) are probably a different size, you would have to find out which track on each keyboard did what set of keys, both rows & columns.

i played with that in the mid 80's on my ti-99-4a computer besides cleaning keyboards of customers.
