Copying DVDs With MAC HELP! PLEASE

I have a G4 Powerbook MAC OSX 10.2. I used DVD2OneX to process the movies and shrink them. Now, the problem I am having is figuring out how to burn these Movies. The first time I did this it worked fine, i would use toast, burn them in DVD Data UDF format and it worked. now when i do this it no lnger works, they just come out as data dvds (they don't play in dvd players nor the ps2). Is there something I'm forgetting?
