I was wondering if there is a bittorent client that will stop all traffic automatically when you reached a certain bandwidth.

I'm at school and they limit us to 1500mb per week and I'm really trying hard to stay within the limit.

Can't wait for Freenet (NOT SKYNET!) :P

It wont be as fast as BitTorrent, but it should be good for music. And at least that way no-one will feel scared to share their stuff. I hope it has a good interface with a lotta good features.

a good interface and stuff will be nice, but that doesn't matter.. if it works properly then that means that there will be 230% more files on p2p. and also means that the many people who detatched from the p2p community because of fear of getting caught will be back. and i will like put all my files (about 11000) in my shared folder and i guess you guys have a lot aswell! so basically what i'm sayin is that the important thing here is mass file sharing rather that interface. because once it's kicked off, the freenet producers can work on all that.
