you can play the games, none of the games are region coded, even though they say they are, as for movies I'm on that question myself, I have a japenese model and need to know if european movies will play.
But as for the games mate, don't matter what country ya get em from, they'll work perfectly.

Have you got imported games for your psp.
The reason I ask is I was told imported games only work on psp with ver 1.5 on them. Once you upgrade to ver 2 (Like I did coz I'm an idiot) then they don't work. Just wonderd if anyone actually had tried an imported game or movie on a version 2 english psp.

i live in the uk and i got a us psp mounths ago and i can play uk games but i cant play uk movies it has to be us movies for my psp

I have a japenese PSP and have updated it to 2.0 with an english game and both my american games and english game work fine. No worries.
