Okay, my 1Click burns dual layer perfectly. But every time I try to burn a single layer disk (yes, checking single layer in the menu, using single layer media, all the obvious), this vindictive, perverse, evil... freezes at the start of the burning process, freezes the entire computer so that only pressing the restart button will get it going again. In the same session. Changing nothing, not a single setting on the computer, except the dual layer burning button. And DVDX Copy Plat will then burn the single layer with no problem. Using Verbatim media for all. I have uninstalled and reinstalled 1Click 3 times. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled DVD43. Norton AV doesn't matter, on or off. The program works perfectly for dual layer, why can't I burn a single layer? Doesn't it accept that I'm changing the media? All firmware is up to date. I've done everything I can think of. Helllp! Aaarugh!

why don't you use DVDDecrypter and Shrink...... comes out better than 1click! just my 2 cents!

also you got to use what works for you! if one program isn't working there are plenty more to choose from that does! here is a link that explains all.......
