I bought a PSP the day they came out and shortly after hit the network update just to see what happened. Then my firmware was updated to v1.5. Since then I've set down my PSP for months due to lack of games on it. Yesterday I just fired it back up and installed some emulators and such and love it once more.

Will they ever have homebrew software available on v2.0? Was it a mistake to even upgrade to v1.5? Can I still play all UMD games with an older version? If so what's the point of ugrading?

okay your fine with 1.5 doesnt really matter, dont upgarde your psp to 2.0 because everything lately about how they are clos to crcking 2.00 is bs becaue 1.5x has been around for a long time and they havent cracked that have they. so just stay with 1.5 and to play new umds just go to wab.com and you can get this thing called a version changer that maakes it not require the new firmware
