Let me start off by saying that I dont know that much about computers. That being said if anyone replys if they can keep it in terms the average non computer geek ( not an insult, because I am trying to become one) terms, then I am sure that will help me out a lot.
I just bought a BenQ DVD-re-writable with Lightscribe drive.
I have a Pent 3 800MGHZ 512Ram and Windows ME
I made what I wanted to burn, picked my chapters and all that good stuff. Then I clicked burn and held my breath....for aslong as I could hold it everything was ok, so I got up to go do something else, then I hear the drive opening. Not good since it should have taken another 3 hours. Anyway it said Burn Error then I got something about Windows caused an error in KERNDEL32.dll I dont think it was that exactly but something close. That error was in a white box with a grey button to click "ok" I clicked ok then got the "blue screen of death" and then my computer just re-started.
I was able to save the Log file atleast, I dont think you want me to post the entire log as it is VERY VERY long. I will post some of it , just guessing what you need. Please let me know of anything that you think will help, thank you very much.
