Hi Everybody,Everytime my girlfriend starts her computer she gets error messages the first is I/0 error 123 and the second one is running error invalad back web application id 137903. What can I do to fix this or is it something to ignore? she is using Xp Thanks in Advance. Bob

It sounds like you had some spyware but it was only partially uninstalled. Using Regedit go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
in the registry and see what programs are set to run at startup. One of those entries probably does not exist, that's why you get that error mesage.
You can also try to go to start, run and type msconfig. If it is installed it will tell you what programs are set to run during startup and allow you to turn them off.
