i know this might not go here but maybe it'll go where it needs to be..but everytime i try to shut my computer down a end program box pops up...cxtpls.exe but when i look in the window task manager it says no progams are running how can i get rid of it ?

Adress future questions of this nature to the PC forum. To answer your question, cxtpls.exe is a process associated with an adware/spyware from Apropos Media. This process may display advertisments on your desktop and transmit personal data to an online location. This process should be removed to protect your personal privacy. To remove it you need an app suite like Norton or McAfee or AdAware or Spybot or Webroot Spy Sweeper to name a few. Goodluck!
