i started with downLoading 2.0 and all i Hear is 1.5 is better is this just because of homebrew? what can i do from the browser on my psp to make 2.0 the best it can be

If you don't have a computer, then you're pretty much doing the most you can do I think. the whole homebrew scene requires you to use a usb cable to xfer games and stuff from your pc to your psp. Without a computer, there isn't much you can do other than surf the net and play games.
