Nero burning @ 800 kbps?

My #1 computer burns @ 5000 kbps, but my #2 computer will only burn @ 800 kbps. I've already reinstalled nero and shrink. What am I missing?

could be your DMA settings. please post LAST section of your Nero log, which is in c:\program files\ahead\nero\nerohistory.log, but DO NOT post your serial number which usually begins with '1A21' or similar
