fastloader .7 Multiple files

Dumping things with .7 gives you a file my latest dump with no extn on it so the computer doesnt recognize it, I just put a .iso on it and everythings fine.

But how does the multiple chunks one work, I get my latest dump (part 1), (part 2) etc... with no file extension and I cant figure out how to join them together anyone know?
