I've been having a strange problem when using Nero Recode2 to convert my MPEG music videos in to MP4 format, as I have quite a large music video collection conversion to MP4 saves quite a considerable amount of space without too much loss of quality.

The problem I'm having is with some videos I can't seem to get it to encode without horizontal and vertical black bars, I've tried cropping the video in the video options in Recode but this doesnt seem to solve the problem, I've tried having letterbox mode enabled and disabled and this still makes no difference, I'm stuck on this one and I cant work it out!

The sample video I've included a link to below shows the problem I'm having, the horizontal bars are not my concern, its the vertical ones I'm trying to get rid of...(although a friend of mine has checked this video and has told me there are no vertical bars :S)
