I'm planning to get a prepaid cellphone...

but i don't know what manufacture to go with..

can you please tell witch carrier has the best service

for my money in CA ...

by the way, how does prepaid cell phones work?...is it similar to a prepaid card? does prepaid cell phones substract minutes when you accept oncoming calls???
yea...where can you get a good service for prepaid cell phones?
