Need HELP with DVD2SVCD

hi, I'm having a problem with using DVD2SVCD to convert DVD to VCD, I've followed every step in the guide provided by Afterdawn except the CD Image step. I chose not to make images. I want a mpeg file at the end of the encoding so I can preview it before I split it and burn. BUT when I get to the Conversion Tab and browse the IFO file, it won't do it, instead I get a pop up saying " Could not create output folder for Pulldown!". Is there a way to solve this???
