First let me say I love after dawn because up until 1 week ago i didn't know what a torrent was, i didn't know how to burn a dvd, but this site is awesome. I do need some help though. I have a cable connection when running a speed test it comes back 817.8 kilobits per second i have set a static ip address, i have set a random port in my dlink 524 wireless router, i have enabled that port in my mcafee firewall, i have tried both limiting and unlimited uploads in bittorrent but still my downloads range from 2 to 12 kb/s the file i'm downloading has been well seeded and i'm just not sure what my problem could be. Could someone please help me.

i have followed every step i have chose a random port because that's what it said to do for bitlord, i opened them and allowed them in my firewall people can upload from me at 20 to 25 kBps but i can only upload at 2kBps to 17kBps it took 3 days to download a torrent file
