OK I converted the Sin City DVD using the PSP Video 9, copied it into my memory stick, but it won't get recognized.

The profile I used was:

AVC/320x240/29.97fps/768kbps Stereo/128kbps

After waiting 3 long hours of converting, I copied it into:

I:
MP_ROOT
>M4VMN01
filename/size: MV410005.MP4/441,640KB

Anyone know what I'm doing wrong here? Thanks.

You need to have firmware v2.0 to play avc videos. If you already have, then I can't help you.

Avc files have different naming than normal mp4's and different folder too. So in flipknoc's case he has the right folder, but possibly wrong firmware.

Firstly I`m no pro because I only started reading up on this yesterday and this may sound silly but in your file name you have

MV410005.MP4
It should be
M4V10005.MP4

Maybe it was just a typo in here but that`s all I can see so far.

Cheers.
